What is TENCEL™ Lyocell?

TENCEL™ Lyocell is a premium fiber made from sustainably sourced wood pulp by Lenzing AG. It's engineered to be naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, and silky smooth — making it ideal for hot sleepers and sensitive skin.

Is TENCEL™ better than cotton for hot sleepers?

Yes. TENCEL™ absorbs moisture up to 50% more effectively than cotton and actively releases it into the air, keeping you cooler and drier throughout the night. Unlike cotton, it also gets softer with every wash.

Is TENCEL™ bedding safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. All Puraff bedding is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning every component — from fiber to finished product — has been tested for harmful substances. It's also naturally smooth at the fiber level, reducing friction and irritation.

How does TENCEL™ compare to bamboo sheets?

Both are breathable and eco-friendly, but TENCEL™ Lyocell is produced using a more tightly controlled closed-loop process with higher recyclability of water and solvents. TENCEL™ also tends to have a more consistently silky feel compared to bamboo viscose.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@puraff.com and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my Puraff sheets?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they can break down TENCEL™ fibers and reduce their natural softness and moisture-wicking properties.

Do TENCEL™ sheets shrink?

Minimal shrinkage when washed on a cold, gentle cycle and dried on low heat. We recommend avoiding high heat settings.
